I am pleasantly surprised by the drop! After all I did eat nearly 10 donuts and 2 Chinese food meals over the weekend. I went to the gym last night and worked upper body. I didn't get to do bench, db bench or db ohp. They were never free. I did quite a bit of rows and over head press with the EZ bar and the t-bar row :D
This morning I warmed up with lat pulls and rows. Then I did deadlifts <3 <3 I worked up to 80% of my max (125#). Finished off with seated leg curls and ab work.
When I got home I started cleaning up in the bathroom and found out that my 10 year old just started her period!!! 😯 I can't believe it!!! She just turned 10 on tuesday. My baby is growing up 😭😭😭😭😭 I rushed to the school with pads and chocolate 😂 I'm heart broken that she didn't tell me. I asked her why she didn't say anything and she said she didn't know 😣 We haven't had the talk yet or talked about periods. She's so young I didn't think it was time. My older daughter started when she was 12 so I thought I had at least a year 😑 They grow up too quick!!
