I am back to intermitant fasting. I like it a lot It does good things to me in terms of digestion and fat loss and helps me maintain my caloric deficit because it is hard for me not to eat a lot. So let's go but I am not doing it everyday. I'll be listening to my body's clues. this morning I don't feel any hunger except my cafeine need. Have a good day everybody
