Oh well, things are finally catching up with me but no worries, I got this... We slept in late yesterday. I started the day with a huge Brunch that I logged as Breakfast because I ate mostly breakfast foods. Last night we had an at home date night/pizza party. Also, I got into my Wife's Valentine's candy late last night. As a result, I ate "Poorly" for the day at 130% of goal. I met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF is up 0.5% and is out of range. The last time it was out of range was 01/26/2020. I'm not concerned at all. I know I sometimes get over confident after a good gym week. It's time to get humble again...
