If it's up, it's extra clay I'm slapping on that I then mold into more striations later. So either way as long as my workouts are heavy and hard progress is made. 💪🏼😁 Up is only bad when I quit lifting which used to happen every fall/winter. And it was a steady upwards spike lol

Trust me if I quit lifting I'll quit updating my weight and disappear for months at a time. I don't plan on that happening ever again though so you might be stuck with me.

The only good thing about quitting for that long is coming back to the gym and making insane strides. I'd look different everyday or every other day. I'll take being healthy 24/7/365 over those rapid gains though

I have a natural tendency to over eat when I am not "on" so I get fat. I lose muscle, replace it with fat, and then put on 20 pounds at least. So when I get back to lifting muscle memory allows fast muscle regain while at the same time losing fat so the overall "gains" are steroid like to onlookers. Dramatic and biuriful

Maybe the gains have to set for longer lol. I didn't do the 4-5 months breaks until I had already made the bulk of my muscle gains. Maybe in 2009 when I had my first sciatic nerve pinch.

And I didn't over eat to get them back, that's the thing with coming back, I was in a deficit when I would regain.
