It may appear that I am not in control, but I am. This week will be all drops and no more gains. You have my word. Had another celebration this weekend. Last year my sister had a petting zoo for my nephew- this year was a bounce house and slide and a power ranger showed up and a T-rex... and lots of catered food and candy, cake, cookies, and snacks. And so I ate a lot of it. I wish I could have an exact calorie count just to know for sure but I will just have to make up numbers and that is the worst part for me. I'll try to go high. Maybe I'll post a pic. I got to hold the T-rex and we have decided I'm going to end up on the guy's website. It was mechanical and controlled by levers. Really had more fun with it than I should have. 😂 Maybe I missed my calling.

My kids were lucky to have a party in the park- but we never know what will happen at my sister's house. Too fun and SO fat. hahaha.

You are doing great look how far you have come it was a birthday party its OK to enjoy yourself I'm not judging you had fun and that's what matters I can't wait until Thanksgiving I'm planning on getting one of those good looking chocolate cakes from publix deli and I plan to pig out its one day and I will be back on track the next day you have determination on your side I can see that and I'm sure everyone else can too no explanation needed do you DP be blessed
