Well Smart Scale decided to cooperate fully since battery change on Saturday. We'll see how long it lasts. Threat to return is real, now I know where the receipt is and have the box handy, just in case it decides to act up again. 😖
Very proud of myself for activity yesterday. Sorted, washed and hung to dry 2 loads of laundry. Stripped and remade bed. Sounds easy enough until you can't stand without support, and it's painful to move the whole time you are.
I have been putting off the bed for too long. I'm used to changing my sheets weekly, and having lil sis & bil do it for me, is just wrong! Soo... it was finally enough is enough! I managed to do it without killing George, who likes to help. My own fault, as we've always played "where's the baby" since he was a kitten, so he's confused by me yelling at him to get off the bed.
2 loads of dresses and bras' meant that 95% had to be hung to dry. OWWW😭
Managed to stretch up and hang everything in doorways, and on shower rod, but very shaky doing it. Now to tackle the rest of the laundry that's piled up on my living room floor. I'm fortunate enough to have plenty of clothes, and linens, so going the 2 months without doing laundry wasn't an issue. Guess what I'll be doing Labor Day weekend 😏
Neighbor drove me this morning, so no complaints so far today. It's a humid day, and calling for storms tonight/tomorrow. I was enjoying the lightening show last night, but I guess that didn't bring any rain with it to my neighborhood. I feel for you folks that are suffering the storms right now. Please stay safe out there.
