I love it when a plan comes together! Hit 206.6 today! That is my lightest weight since early 1978 when I was 19 and working out every day as a young sailor. The 2200 calorie day yesterday gave me the energy (and the body got the ‘permission’ to use it), my light weight training last night, my daily 16:8 fast, and a solid night’s sleep set it up. And then an hour on the treadmill hit it out of the park! This largely hits my goal for March, but I will go light over the weekend and Monday to try to drop another pound for April 1. Definitely showing some loss of muscle mass (according to the Tanita scale) but that only makes me a bit more skeptical of the scale because in all modesty, the mirror is showing me good stuff these days. Thanks to all my FatSecret friends for your amazing support.
