I've now passed the weight I was when I was injured 4 years ago, spent months on the couch and gained 35 lbs. That feels good. Still fasting. It's amazing how easy it is once you get past the first few days. We had our first snow here, just about 1.5 inches, but it's beautiful! The picture is out my back door this morning at dawn.

Nice place to view first thing in the morning - very nice. How many days do you plan to fast at one time ? I did my first "mini" fast on Tuesday - it is was interesting for me and I am considering another day - maybe tomorrow.

Thanks for your support all! I joined an Advent fasting group that meets on zoom daily until 12/21. I don't know if I'll make it that long, but so far so good. As long as I stay hydrated, I'm doing fine. Today I reorganized my clothes and my closet, which was a big job. I needed a couple of breaks, but carried on. I've never in my long life of weight loss seen losses like this. I'll post in the morning.
