This is a picture of my walking buddies ~ my scallywags. We were walking out at the farm nearby. It was 24 degrees and windy! I had an unplanned root canal two days ago, so I'm feeling a little battered, and this morning I woke up with a sore throat and swollen glands. Related to the root canal? I think it's time to end the fast and have some chicken soup. I took a home Covid test this morning and it came back negative.

Thanks Liv. I may call my dentist about the illness so soon after dental surgery. There may be some antibiotics needed.

Thank you all! I am so lucky to live in a beautiful place. The doggies get me out every day, so that's good. I'm loading up on vitamin C to beat back the inflammation. I like to avoid antibiotics if I can.
