So, this is my new starting weight. I'm ready to get serious, again. I've been getting moving and I've snapped out of my 'who gives a damn' eating. Seeking ketones and glycolysis to get the weight moving down again. Tomorrow I'll start recording my food again. I need the accountability of recording and being here. I've been away and it hasn't worked out well for my weight or my mindset.

*loves "battle saddle"* Sadly I have been in the same mode, and hear it from others too due to the curve balls thrown by the current state of so many things. But as Dr. Berry said in a recent live feed, we especially need to take good care of ourselves in difficult times. Not perfect yet, but doing better...
