How has the blood sugar been , now that you've been out of the surplus?

It was fine after the first week. Everyday fasted was high 70s to mid 80s. But now it's up into the 100s fasted again out of no where. But I been checking it through out the day and it's always normal after I eat??? Even if I eat my post workout meal with high carbs. An HR later it's like high 90s low 100s, 2 hr later it'll be back to low-mid 80s. I could go to bed with blood sugar in the 80s and I'll wake up with it in the 100s. I got got blood work coming up. I'm gonna talk to my Dr about it then.

How often do you get blood work done? I'm assuming your previous labs came back good?

Every 6mos. Last ones were fine .liver and bun/creatine elevated but considering I was lifting 6days a week my Dr didn't really see a concern for those values. Lipids , metabolic panel, and hormone panel all came back fine.

Yea that's odd. If your blood work looks good and you feel good, makes you wonder what's going on In side. Could be changes in hormones during the night or something. Hopefully no surprises this time around on the blood work.
