Weight was down a good deal this morning in spite of the fact that it's been three days without a bowel movement (again!) I've been taking the MiraLAX every morning, along with three stool softeners, but nothing.

Hoping this morning's loss will hold until tomorrow's weigh-in. If it does, I will have lost 2.8 pounds this week. Also, if I stick with my plan today (which I fully intend to do), I will set a new record for Average Daily Calories - 1,435. Lowest in 31 weeks of dieting.

I go through bouts of that and it's frustrating. If you get 'stuck' take the ole 'brown cow' Milk of Magnesia 1-2 ounces in 6 ounces of prune juice. Sometime i works 'too' well LOL

The medication you are taking is well known for is constipation side effects. Talk to your doctor.

Sometimes when Im calorie deficient for a few days in a row, I won’t poop either. You might not have an issue, rather, body may be using every scrap of food it gets. Just a thought

You need more fat in your diet, try to increase your fat.. or take a spoonful of mct oil
