Not perfect..which is what knocks me off course, but I worked so hard at warehouse Thursday I was exhausted Friday...then I let me talk myself into not walking on Saturday because it was cold and miserable. That's my problem...if I can't be perfect, I might as well stop. I am not like this in any other aspect of my life...and I encourage other people to persevere but I continue to give up on myself ...."oh well, I knew I couldn't do it anyway". But, TODAY, I did not give up on myself and I went outside and walked off 274 calories!! GOOD FOR ME!!!
