Short walk due to the rain, 30 minute intermediate row, still holding back so I don’t exacerbate the back issue. Taken me a long time to learn how to do that. Skier isn’t really an option because of the movement, will try that gently again this weekend. Did my rowing with my phone and the TV with a movie on. That was a good way to keep the intensity down. If i just focus on the instructor, I tend to push harder. Seems strange to write that, but it is what it is.

BF is home for now, leaving again at the end of the month. Just trying to spend as much time together as possible. My dogs are insane when they don’t get the longer walks. I’m going to see if i can’t squeeze in another short one mid-day, but will depend on the workload. Blob down, muscle holding, going to be a head down and get it done kind of day.
