More stable!! My next goal is 176 but harder than it seems. My overage seems to be fat. I have cut sourdough down to 1 slice at bkft and use butter spray instead of butter--- and, Wow!WOW!! do I miss butter!!. I have a yogurt and cereal snack that REALLY helps my carb cravings. Plus my coffee keeps me full. This is going to be a long journey...as usual. But I have my bags packed!
