Ugh! I refuse to weigh in until I get my eating habits under control. I ate 3/4 of a pizza last week, and have been gorging on food ever since. IT STOP TONIGHT! I've been very careful to watch what I eat today, and I am recording faithfully today...

Oh I'm staying away from scale to for same reason. I keep Telling myself this is it, but it doesn't happen that way. But Keep up the good work u did this day.
