And we are officially into February. I'll be working on my Feb goals after this post, but I know the goal weight will be 143.8 for this month.
I've been sick all week, and it's impacting my running. I can barely breathe through my nose. It does seem to be improving though.

Feel free to not answer if this is too rude to ask, but considering we are around the same weight and have very similar goals, how many calories do you aim for daily? I’m feeling kind of lost 😿😰 congratulations on your amazing progress 💕 it’s really inspiring

Not rude at all, kardashiansun! At the beginning, I aimed for <1500. About half the week, I'd be between 1200-1300. The rest of the week, I'd be right up against 1500. I do run 3-4 times a week, each run between 2-7 miles long. This month I am going to try to stay under 1400. What helps me is a little check book I have, where I make check marks for my daily goals (like did I record all my food, was it under my daily limit, etc). I hope that helps! :-)

Sure thing! My sister in law sent me a link to calculate daily expenditure that I really like, I'll look it up for you tomorrow! The hardest part is finding what works for you, but once you do, you got this!
