I've done a poor job of recording food this week. We've been preoccupied with moving, so it's too be expected. Back to the grind today though!

I have been doing a poor job myself with recording food.. I was trying to get used to this new routine with my kids and home life.. Today i will start getting serious with my food tracking, excercising and staying healthy.. Hope all goes well for you
