Just got hit with the news I am A Diabetic 😢Damn it!!

@Chritmas2019 you have to do it. On my father's side of the family, including my father, everyone's got adult onset diabetes. He's got 7 siblings, and I just saw some of them. One of the youngest is obese and blind. Another of his younger sisters had both of her limbs around the knees amputated, and she is also still obese. The youngest brother died already. I could go on, but why? Good luck! 💪💪 & Get on it.
