I ended my fast after 11 days. I lost total of 10.4 lbs. I ate dinner last night and weighed in a bit higher, of course, today. Now we'll see if I can stay below 200 lbs. The bounce back is inevitable as I refeed. I had unplanned dental surgery this week, and I'm feeling a little battered from that, so it seemed like a good idea to end the fast and any added stress it might causing. The food tasted amazing! Tastebuds get refreshed on a fast.
