I'm still alive, I've just been feeling very demotivated when it comes to tracking.
My half last weekend went OK. It was at night, my first race at this time. Both me and my SIL ended up with reflux even though we ate hours earlier, so it mightve been the gels in combo with the heat. Around mile 9 I started getting the worst stomach cramps, and I had to walk for a few minutes because I felt like I was going ro puke. I blame the water station because THEY PUT ICE IN THE WATER! Anything I've ever read says you shouldn't shock your body like that, but here they are giving ice water to everyone. smh. After the spinach pain passed it was fine and I finished. Though stomach cramps kept coming and going until at least midnight. 🙃
End of my run saga. The rest of the week has been good though. Besides eating bagels one too many times, I've been keeping the fruit intake up. So glad the weather is starting to cool down! Time to plant some fall veggies :-)

you are working hard. How is the foot after running? Bagels are great...calorie deficit is all you need

I love bagels! 😆 I could eat them every day! My foot has been good though, it's getting better but not 100% yet

If I didn't drink fluid while running for 2 hours I think I'd die, so there's that. Good thing I take vit D, too 😂
