I'm curious....what do you do for stretching? Is that a priority? Do you do it pre or post workout?

Thanks! Most stretching comes from doing very good range of motion on all exercises. Other than that, I do some dynamic stretching between sets. Mostly swinging my arms or doing the shoulder stretch where you grab your elbow underhanded and pull across.

What Diana said. I wondered what stretching would be like when a person is at the muscle composition you're at.
