So today I ate out, but even considering that, I felt like I did pretty well on my calories. Even though I marked myself at a 1500 / day limit, I'm trying to stay around 1200. I've drank well over 64 oz. of water (challenge requirement). I need to start eating a little bit more protein I think. I believe I'm meeting the requirements, however I know protein keeps you full. I ate way too much sodium today, but that was because I went out to eat. Also, I didn't know pickles had a lot of sodium in them, even though they don't have that many calories. I really need to start eating more potassium. I eat roughly around 150 mg a day, and the recommended intake is around 3500 mg a day. My legs are constantly sore, and I feel like eating more potassium would really help solve this problem. I wasn't very active today, but maybe I'll take my dog for a jog later, or I'll go swimming for a few laps. I'm going to do my daily crunches tonight before I go to bed (challenge requirement). I'm a little hungry right now, but I go to bed in about two hours, so I should be fine if I keep drinking water.
