Same old story, Autumn and Christmastime come and it's my "Carb Sugar Train". My history of tracking show the annual gain for so many years (between Oct & Dec), and some things don't change. A few months and those same 8-10 lbs. I know what to avoid, but this time of year I have to feed my soul and yes, food is it for me. No close friends and family nearby to celebrate with, so food is still my buddy at this time. In a few weeks, all goes back to normal for me, so til then my tracker will show all the "bad" foods I am eating. I still track, I see the high numbers, but for now it's where I am.
