Trying to get a grip and start tracking again. Have had a lousy month getting back on track. Back in the day January 1 came and BAM it was easy, not any more. Not motivated like when I was younger (UGH!). Now have a cold that you would think make me NOT want to eat but, nope still eating. Just want to lay down and do nothing....no can do!
