3 days ago, I was a pound higher in the AM and this is Monday's AM weight before heading into the office, 4:46 AM to be exact. (( Survived the weekend ))

Our town had fireworks on Saturday and need to update my food logs. I think I forgot to add some more food for dinner and snacks, lol.

I pivoted Sunday morning with sprinting in the heat and while during a 14 hr soft dry fast, the game changer.
