I was supposed to weigh in tomorrow, but I ate poorly this weekend and I needed to know the damage.
Now, the real key here is moderation. I am surprised I lost weight. I ate food that wasn't healthy, but I ate it in moderation. I'm sure I couldn't eat like this every day and still lose weight, but I'll take it this time. :-)
I wanted to run at least 6 miles last week, but Saturday when I hit 3.5 my arch started bothering me. I'm healing from a foot injury from 2 years ago, that I'm unsure what it started out as, but ended with plantar fasciitis 8 months later, and here I am trying not to reinjure myself. So I could only do 4. Which makes me feel like a failure, but at least I ran! Hoping this week goes better
