Didn't jump up that much, so I'm ok with it. Sunday was a little of a pig out because of mother's day and brother in laws birthday.
My foot seems to be better, was able to go for a run yesterday (to distract myself from wanting to eat). My yoga mat gets here Thursday, but I might do some pilates on the rug tonight.
