Didn't drink any water yesterday. Also, no BM yesterday, or today until AFTER weigh-in and breakfast. Still, 1/2 pound down, so MAYBE my weight is starting to move in the right direction again - after a full TWO WEEKS of bouncing around and stalling. Honestly, I'm finding it hard to "be thankful" this morning for the half of a pound. I'll spend today trying to get back my "gratitude attitude" by consciously trying to take note of all the things I have to be thankful for. I'll start with YOU, my FS friends, who have followed me along the rocky crags of this journey and have stuck beside me, encouraging me to keep moving forward. I am thankful for you.
