Good 😌 In the past I’ve been pretty triggered by consistent weight loss which you can blatantly see in my FatSecret graph LOL that’s why I do this constant dance 💃🏻 all I need is a couple good days. String those together and then I have weight loss and while I’m trying to lose weight, it seems to scare me more than I previously acknowledged. So I self sabotage. I try to amp myself up and remind myself that it’s not dirty or bad to want to be thinner and have a normal BMI. That weight loss can be healthy and even fun, it doesn’t have to be so damn sadomasochistic. I have other outlets for that now …. I have to calm myself down on a daily and sometimes minute to minute basis reassuring myself I’m not going back to my same old ways. I guess we call that getting triggered? Anything can set it off and before I know what I’m doing I grab something and inhale it. Force of habit. Currently being reprogrammed. Still have to do the mental work along with the physical work like my yoga, running and Pilates. Balance! I’m all about it you guys! I’m slowly losing weight because I’m addressing my shortfalls one by one. Anyway, thank you everyone.
