So I completed a whole week at the gym, and am starting on my second week! I had a little bit of a gain this week, but I'm having a hard time not eating closer to bed time. I'm not waking up hungry, so I think that means I am eating too much before I go to bed.
I have, however, been trying to eat a lot more fruits and vegetables (the vegetables are still kind of lacking). Slowly but surely working them into my diet, and trying to make dessert something that only happens twice a week (that one is really hard).
Our house is finally getting in order, and it's the second week of work. I'm able to relax a little, which is nice. My dog, loves the back yard (I think!). We also have neighbors that have dogs, so Jasper is getting a little more comfortable playing with them through the fence. (:
