Ankle has healed (ha, get it). Back to running, finished my log run of the week at 8 miles and some change. ☺️ 10 Miler is in 4 weeks and I don't feel ready to come anywhere near my goal yet. 😬

Fantastic! Always a good feeling when the body heals and you can get back at it. I took a down day Saturday, but had a wonderful hike on Sunday

It's going! I got up to a little short of 10 milers last weekend, my legs are adjusting and feet behaving 💪🙏 I have my 10 miler next weekend, hoping for a 9:30 pace but we'll see how hard I actually want to work 😂😂 what's in your future, otb?
