Thanks to my buddies for the cheers, you all know I was in a slump last week. hkjellybean123 I am in the A Memorial Day to Remember! Summer's coming! Let's lose one pound per week before Memorial Day. status: In Progress currently: Week 4 of 6 end date: Monday 30 May 16 So, I guess this is week 4 and down 4 lb. It's been tough to see scale move. I am just happy it finally moved. I am pretty happy to say I have lost 77 lbs.

Carmen1098, seriously want to lose and reach your weight :) Then I can come to Greece so I can eat some seriously good food (in moderation--olives, fish, just smell the breeze).

Hah! Ok Carmen, unless after losing weight I would have a major boob job, no topless beach!!! LOL.....laughing so hard. Ok, how about sitting at my beautiful white little house with it's flowering terrace, and dancing in the moonlight (drinking some ouzo?)...the dancing burns the calories

Hooray for you! I am on this challenge too, but had a vacation setback. It's okay - I think one pound per week is realistic and attainable. Your post is very encouraging!

Lifesatrip vacation setbacks happen, when you get back and on track you just move on. Trust me I know that it's hard to get out of vk mode sometimes.
