The last two weeks have been kind of hard. Work has kept me super busy, I feel like I haven't slept well, and I've been eating way too much food. This past week hasn't been so bad, and I did manage to lose a little weight.
I'm up to 3.5 miles, averaging about 33:30. That's less than how long my first 5k took me, so I feel accomplished.
This week I'm going to record my food, and I'll run at least four times. My in laws are coming, so when we go out to eat, I'm going to pick healthy options. I look forward to reporting back next Monday!
