Hi Buddies,
Today is my bday and I asked for a Pens victory tonight over the pesky Flyers. :) #GoPens!

I have stepped up my cardio as I wanted and did 30 min on treadmill and 15 min on bike yesterday plus my morning workout today.

My buddy at work is going to take me to lunch today!

Only thing I still need to do is make my breakfast. I need to get up earlier to do this or do it the night before. OR Maybe I can make some breakfast quiche to just slice and go. I will figure it out.
