I started lifting weights a month ago plus counting calories. I lost 10 pounds and lifting more heavier weight but don't see any development. but I did notice I wasn't eating much protein.. so my homework this weekend is to workout a eating plan that allows for a Mediterranean like diet for lowing Cholesterol and weight, but is high in protein for muscle building.
I figured Tuna was a quick fish.
