Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Tummy is telling me it’s hungry already…lol…I’m not paying attention..

My sleep pattern from last night…drank a lot of water yesterday….a lot of trips to bathroom both yesterday and last night…yesterday afternoon…wanted to workout…but just rested…it was a struggle to just take it easy…made for a longer day…I normally go to bed between 630-700 pm…I no longer watch tv…instead you tune is my tv..however at 4 pm…I start to disconnect from watching anything and just listen to podcasts…to settle down…

65 this morning..windows open..light mist of rain passing over…week ahead in the 40s at night…60-70 thru the day time…seasons are changing….and the next season..I’m not looking forward to….

Listening to align podcast…about acid causing gout..and obesity…

Well…need to get the body rolling…I kno..I feel behind…lol…it’s me…

Good morning! Happy Sunday! My favorite day with some iced coffee in hand!😋☕️ It is 60 high 63. Kept windows down last night but need to open them now. Glad you took it easy yesterday. I hope you eat breakfast this morning. Are you feeling any better today? I sure hope so! Enjoy your day and be kind to yourself!:)

Ty navy..yes much better…guess last 2 days was my body reacting to flu shot..completely feeling different today…morning workout in…on second 20 oz bottle of water/electrolytes…I’m thinking a ride after lunch maybe,,,wish it was outside riding…but best I can do..is let the air come in from outside…lol…I use to drink iced coffee…mmmmm good….

Yay! Glad you are feeling better today! The fresh air through the windows while riding is nice. Safer than outside, too!:)

Nothing beats riding outside in fresh air…even on them chilly 32 days..when you have to layer up…just to enjoy that crisp air…the smell of fresh air..before a car drives by…or the smell of the local hamburger joint several blocks away,..just something I miss when I use to be able to ride outside…I use to hate getting ready…putting on my thermo riding bibs…but once I got dressed…and out the door…it was all worth it…
