Just finished a zwift workshop with trainer…and it’s on,y…538am…all kinds of time to get more workout in…lol…

In the 50s today…a relief from the cooler nights for sure…

Slept so good last night…only up once to p…had heat turn sown around 60 or less…according to my whoop….8.02 sleeping time ….lol…2 minutes past my 8 hours…guess my workouts yesterday…helped my sleep…

Well…time to change..get started on next workout before breakfast…

Rise and shine! Lol That was my mother’s famous words every morning getting us up for school! It is 25 now but high 42 and sunny. Going out and about today. Finding a nice coffee just may be on my agenda!😂☕️ I like to get out every chance I get before the real winter sets in and I stay in! I slept well, too! Even with my annoying cpap machine. I found out..that sleep is like everything…you have a set time to go to bed…and I get better sleep by being consistent…just another healthy habit to get into…

You are right. Sleep is everything! Brr! That is cold and wind makes it worse.

I wish more people remembered this. sleep is magic. more so than any pill, ointment, cream, etc. I have to be very careful to get what I need; otherwise, it all starts to fall apart. glad to see you back on the bike!

Ty kat….I agree with the sleep being so important for recovery…I never realized how important it was till I started using my whoop…and it tracking my sleep for me…I have a better understanding now…
