Heat wave this morning…6 above…-16 with wind chill at619am…

Every since i started getting up at 5am…ive been getting my 8 hours or more..and ive been recovering better…sippin on my ☕️….well…i was….lol..its gone…got my 2 mile walk in yesterday…takes me till noon to get it..but like my workouts…i do workouts all day long…just because i dont watch tv…and anytime im up off the recliner…im knockin out counter pushups..or pull downs…if im up..im getting a workout in…

Running behind on my routine this morning..even thought it could be a day off…my right knee is puffy..no biggie…part of having injuries over the years…im guessing my knees and the stairs arent friends….lol…eveb though they need to be…

Need to get moving…get my day started…feel the burn…

Happy Christmas Eve! It’s a heatwave here, too! It is -1 instead of -8! Every bit helps! Then, next weekend mid 50’s! Can’t wait for that! My knee don’t like stairs, either. I have 3 sets in my house so it is an all day, every day thing. I would like to wiggle my nose and have just one level. Yes, you go strong all the time! 💪 Take some extra coffee/hot chocolate, recliner time today!☕️☕️ Have a wonderful day!:)💚🌲♥️

If you’re up for an experiment at some point, I’d be curious to see what eight hours does vs less and a nap. 😴

If you say only get x amount of sleep…and you add the amount of time you get fot the 2 naps..it will add up the amount of sleep you need to get your 8 for the next day…is that what you was curious about….

Dec 20 journal…i only had 4 hours that night…but ran all day with no naps…
