Todays you tube is on A1c… https://youtu.be/UydOfkiyQaw?si=xUEqAIq6qezxjA_N…mine is 5.4…. My girlfriend is 5.7…. Even though she not that overweight….so…I was relistening to A1c…as I try to help her eat healthier….well..anyone that asks..I help…

The nurse here ..is going to set up a meeting with the head of the kitchen..me and the nurse..to see about having healthier meals…I’m all in…but knowing they have guidelines to follow….i try and eat carnivore..with my food choices I have now…ad it’s definitely a challenge each day…

Did omad yesterday …won’t know till after church…what menu is..might be omad again today….its just the habit of eating..way I look at it…and food is a luxury…

Well…need to get a few things done before church….
