wannabhealthier Günlüğü, 29 Tem 16

was really hard to take a day off today...goood morning fs...today was day 7 if i would of rode my bike..but decided when i got up..was time to take a day off..really hate to take a day off cause even though i listen to weather man..hes not always right..would hate to miss a day of riding..if its gonna be decent..but my body needs rest..an since im gonna not be ridng..figured it would be a great day to continue my fast an drink lots of water..maybe show a loss tomow for a change..6 more pounds an i can hit my mini goal..seems like these 6 pounds have been a struggle to get off..but even though theses 6 pounds have been naggin me..the inches have been comin off as well...im into a size 40 jeans..my winter jeans that will probably be to big by time winter gets here...i bout them an havent even wore em outta the house...bout em for motivation to have something to try on from time to time...just to see where i was at...an by the time i have to put my summer jean shorts away...the 40s will hopefully be to baggy...so they will go in the pile of clothes to give away to someone that needs em worse...tshirts are the same..some of them are getting so baggy on me...from a xl down to a l...tummy is slowly evaporating...just what i like to see...progress is slowly showing up so i can see that all this hard work is payin off...

on my wall calendar i write the temp outside..my weight, an my workout..that way if i want to look back i can...

i have 3 or 4 years of calendars that i keep in a notebook

Don't feel guilty about resting. Use this moment for reflecting. You are down over 20 pounds in 2 months. You are almost in the 200s. Keep it going you fat melting machine.
