Thought I would calculate my Body Mass Index today, and it came out at 24.9 - at the very top end of the "normal weight" range! I'm happy enough with that one!! :)

Thanks everyone! Still got a little way to go (will be changing my target a little bit soon) as still got some "wobbly bits".
