EXPECTING HEAT WAVE OF 25 TODAY..goood wednesday morning..thts not counting the wind chill ..gotta get out today..havent been outta house ..well havent been away from house since last friday..when its cold like this...who wants to get outside and into a cold suv to go anywhere..it can always wait..if you plan ahead...lol..i do keep an eye on my weather app..so i can try my best to keep on track..

did a hill route on watopia today..hadnt done a hill workout in a while..figured today was as good as any...3rd day of riding..58 miles for the week ..shooting for 80 ave..goal this year is to hit 4000 an once i hit it..next goal is 5000 miles for the year..missed it last year by 350 miles..so i know i can do it..if i prep for it..least this year i have trainer all of year instead of 11 months...like last year..so no excuses for not being able to get a ride in...

gotta prep chicken today..get it ready for salads an whatever eles i use it in..got it thawed out..just need to put it on parchment paper an stick it in oven..once the mood hits..

well..gonna eat my salad..an then hopefully be in mood to get chicken done..by time i do that..be time to layer up an venture out to start suv an get it warm...i hate this weather...i hate this weather..cant wait for warmer weather...
