LOOKS LIKE A DAY OF LISTENING TO LITTLE VOICE..goood tuesday mornin...waking up this morning to 32 with a wind chill of 28..kinda nice not to be hearing furnace kicking on ever 2 minutes..them below zero days with the wind chill gets old quick...
listened to little voice yesterday..didnt got out in 30 degree weather to ride..was just to damp...and didnt ride yesterday afternoon inside either..just relaxed..and listened again this morning an took this morning off from a zwift ride..put in over 40 miles last 2 days on zwfit..decided was time to rest the body..
birthday is on thursday...whooop pee...be 69..dont even seem like im that old..years just seemed to fly by..well not all of em..when i was in school..seemed like years went by slower..now seems like they go by 2x as fast...anyways..gonna have cauliflower pizza..do my best at not eating to much off my daily meals..sister got ahold of nutritionist and ordered keto cupcakes..instead of store bout birthday cake..told sister..i didnt need the sugar in my system..so nice to be sugar and carb free..or close to it anyways...least i know where my carbs an sugar are coming from now..im definately a label reader now...
well..guess..il close journal out..need to set laptop up for mike ..my friend that rides on trainer mornings after i get done..sent him a text and said i was taking off..but he could still ride..so need to get it all set up for him..so he can get his ride in for the day...
