Everyone that writes their struggles, THANK YOU! I have been on Fatsecret for over 5 years, and still love reading. Many of us have struggles with heavy breathing, not going places because we were afraid we would not fit in a chair or they might have flimsy chairs, not being able to stand for long period, not buying the clothes we really wanted, not flying because we had to ask for extender (I would have bought one not to ask for one---but was always afraid to fly and not fit well in seat). There is no shame in posting anything you feel on here. If anyone is having struggle posting feel free to private message me any time. Those stories are what motivates many. Reading a post today, motivated me to have protein smoothie today, so yes it may motivate someone else. Have a great!!!

you look great! i agree..reading posts help me make better choices and not feel so alone all the time. i cut out almost all negative people in my life and that has left me with not many people at all so i find so much comfort and happiness on here..so thank you ❤

Inspiration, that's what you are. BTW those damn extenders are airline specific, so even if you could buy one, you'd need to be sure you bought the one that fits the seats on the airline you're flying on. How do I know this? I worked for the airlines just after 9/11. Nothing more disheartening than "borrowing" an extender from Southwest and then not being able to use it on an American, or Delta flight.
