Celebrated Passover. Blew the diet. Had a glass of wine, some matzp, charoset (apples, honey wine and walnuts - do delicious!) and dark chocolate almonds for desert. About 600 calories over for the day, plus way too many carbs. It's hard to say on program for holiday meals. Went for a three hour hike today, so maybe that will help.
