71 this morning.. good mornin fs..im finding it harder each mornin to be in the mood to go for a ride..not sure why..it was even warmer this morning..just windy..once i got out to get the ride started was in the mood...i think its got to do with the seasons changing..right now thats my story an its all i got..
tried to set my starting weight back to when i first started fs..but messed that up early this morning..
bike stats 16.88 miles 16.5 top speed..winds outta sw at 7mph 11.6 ave speed 1:25 time of ride
todays ride was more about getting it over with..an coming back home to weigh in an see what the scales said..an dance.. dance.. dance...while the numbers are going down..

When do you stop cycling? When it snows or when it's too cold? Do you change exercise in the winter? I thought it would be so cool to have virtual reality goggles and get on the indoor bike and then every day, ride a different path through mountains, along the beach, how cool would that be. Nothing like the real thing. Way to go on the weight loss!

actually lizzy i have rode in the winter when the roads have been dry...this year not sure yet...as for riding inside..i bout a trainer to hook up to my bike..used it one time..just not the same as being outside an enjoying the morning ride...ive been thinkin that i might join the gym this winter to work on upper body..but just not sure yet...
