My plan for Beast Mode:
Fat fast during the work day hours. Decaf with heavy whipping cream (plus stevia and vanilla) 2-3 16oz mugs. Also one quart of hibiscus tea with sugar free lemon powder and stevia (and a packet of PGX which is a fiber powder).
Feeding window: 4-6PM.
Total calories: under 1000 preferred, 1200 cap.
Morning supplements: Liquid turmeric, saltstick electrolytes Evening supplements: magnesium, estrogen cream, pregnenalone, gaba, melatonin.
Daily walking, gardening, yoga or bike ride.
I am committing to this Beast Mode plan for the next 4 weeks. No fail - just do it! I am a Beast!
