Could be not enough calories? Our bodies go into survival mode and hold onto carbs and such when it isn't getting enough calories. But maybe this is just a normal fluctuation. Stick to water and healthy foods for a few days, but I wouldn't cut too many calories out!

anything less than 1200 (for most folks) lowers matabolism..keep hydrated, your body will not use the nutrients it has without water...like Mama said- this is probably a normal fluctuation....stay motivated and focused...

Also, I think cutting calories in general is not enough if you keep a diet for such a long time. Congratulations on your success!
Regarding your current issue, I believe you could introduce more green vegetables in your diet, cut down all forms of sugars and decrease your nuts intake. There are studies that show that eating nuts is not really helpful for losing weight. They tax your liver too much. Also prepackaged and processed food could be harmful even if they are protein bars. So, to summarize, if possible better use ghee/coconut oil for cooking, olive oil for salads, berries for sugar intake and in general, plenty of greens and vegetables for fiber and good health.

Also, try to eat as varied as possible. Your results may suffer now from that.

Caloric intake is based on sex and weight and activity. I eat clean will not eat most food processed or from a can. My activity is sedentary, spinal sitenosis keeps me from exercising. My carbs are under 20 calories below 800. I have type 2 diabetes
It is necessary for me to keep my carbs low or I will not lose weight. So far so good two months in and I've lost 28 lbs 26 inches. Hope this helps, Good luck everyone!

Try and walk at least three miles a day. Remember that weight is non linear and you can also be putting on muscle weight which will cause the scale to go up. I would also say you aren't eating enough. Eating so little can cause your body to store everything it can.

Good luck, and remember health is a process and the goal. Fat loss is merely a side effect.

Are your carbs under 20g or 20% of intake. Big difference.

Just cut your carbs. Drastically cutting calories is super unsustainable and actually works against weight loss. I'm 5'4 and currently eating 1850 calories and 20-30 carbs/day (sometimes more) and losing weight. Calories in calories out is largely a myth. It's more about the quality of foods you put in your body.

Try a fast - even if it’s just a few hours. It will reset your metabolism and jump start your body. It’s the fasted way to lose weight.

Stick with 1100 cals.
Cut the carbs - less than 60g/day.
Eat REAL food. Nothing processed - nothing your grandmother wouldn't recognise....

Add some exercise to your routine. There will be days your weight goes up, even with 1100 calories. I do 1200 and it happens to me. it's water retention. Just push through and you'll start seeing it come down again in a day or two. Exercise. even walking 10000 steps a day. helps a lot. I'm down 17 pounds in 4 weeks.
