Days/weeks are flying by…

Good news from urologist yesterday…stitches will dissolve…and 3-4 weeks left to recover…and no more visits..less something else comes up…didn’t sleep good last night…I think ride to doctor yesterday…caused me to hurt…was up at midnight…taking pain meds…then back to watching sheep jump the fence…lol

38…31…wind chill….I’m in for the day…until it warms up..then may soak up some rays…

Already been getting morning workout started…plan today…move more…lol..

Was watching video on raisins this morning…. https://youtu.be/dOXXBR7VRmw …not a fan of raisins..but they are always out in baggies on snack tray….might get a bag or 2.. give them a try….

As always..time is moving on..things to get done before breakfast…

Forgot to add this to journal..I noticed yesterday..I kept having to pull my shorts I had on up….so…nsv….loosin in inches as well….gonna have to start tiring them…lol

Good morning! Good report yesterday!👍 Sorry the trip interfered with your sleep. Maybe a nap today! Raisins are ok but I love prunes and dates. I eat a couple prunes almost every day. I had window up a wee bit last night. Going into high 40’s in a few days so think the window will be going down soon. Oh well, I can still sit here with my coffee and look at my trees and leaves. Hope you have a fabulous Friday! Hold on to your britches…I mean shorts!:)😂🤣

I don’t like prunes…and I’m regular …..just seen the other benefits of them…and they always have extra out…thought I might try them…just opened windows…alittle cool..but not bad…

Yeah, you should try them. Glad you were able to open the window. Love fresh air. I need to be out cutting hostas getting fresh air!:)lol
